Here are the two best location in world of warcraft for farming ghost iron ore at the moment. With this small but rice ore location your will be farming 1 stack of ghost iron ore per minute. Yes that is crazy so much ore to farm in a tiny location.

The first place we will be looking at is in The Jade forest which is a small island in the north, This location is great for miners  that are not yet level 90 and can't fly. There is a lot Trillium that spawns here in 40 minutes from this location i looted 700 ghost iron ore and 20 black Trillium  and 16 white Trillium if however you can't fly then then next location is for you.

This location in Townlong Steppes is the best for ghost iron ore at the moment  amazing fast respawn times fewer mobs to slow you down and decent amount of Trillium ore to be mined

When farming Green Tea Leaf you have a chance to loot Life Spirit and Water Spirit.
To be able to loot this herb you will need a Herbalism skill of 500+.
The Jade Forest is one of the highest counts of Green Tea Leaf in Mists of Pandaria.

There is also a very good count of Green Tea Leaf in the Valley of The Four Winds as you can see from the route below.

Farming this ore can be very rewarding and could make you a lot of gold, the trillium ore is the rare ore of MOP like the pyrite ore was for cata and the titanium ore was for Lich king

You will need a mining skill of 600 and this ore will only be farming in the end zones of mist of pandaria

this is not a certain farming location but my guess is travel up to Kun-Lai Summit the mobs there are level 87+ so it seems about right. You can make a lot of gold farming this ore especially when mop is just released it's wise to farm ores heavy when you can.

the Manticyte ore will not be found in the starting zones for mop so i recommend you power level to 87-88 and then beging to farm a lot
